The University of Vermont Wellness Environment opens registration for the UVM WE 4.20 5K for Wellness – a substance and cost free fun run/walk for the community!
April 20th is historically a day that highlights unhealthy choices in our community. According to the The Wellness Environment, they utilize the science of behavioral change to provide resources to allow and incentivize people to make healthy decisions.
This community-wide fun run/walk will be start at 4:20 pm on Wednesday, April 20, 2016 and be held on the UVM 5K Loop at the Archie-Post Athletic Complex. All ages and members of the community are encouraged to participate. Free race shirts will be provided to all those who register by April 1st and there will be a post-race celebration including food, refreshments, and raffles!
This April, join the Wellness Environment in spreading health-promotion and the cultivation of healthy brains and healthy bodies!
